Job Summary :
Rammer.ai is an early-stage startup building an AI platform that enables existing businesses and products to integrate meeting intelligence in their workflows. We are hiring some of the first key positions in the US complimenting the growing team in India.
We are looking for this person to lead our success metrics and revenue targets with our existing customers, identify new up-sell opportunities, develop long-lasting relationships and work with the founders to strategize the sales targets.
- Communicate sales/revenue opportunities with the founders and work closely to moving customers from PoCs to Productions with commercial contracts.
- Learn about Voice and AI Technologies used in business conversations amongst knowledge workers and help establish use cases around the platform
- Contribute to customer enablement by helping to improve our Knowledge Base articles and create the content needed for customers for their marketing teams that outlines the value of the product.
- Drive adoption, gather feedback and fill in the gaps of the product working closely with the technical and sales vocals.
- Provide high-touch support to assist clients with product functionality/technical questions
- Actively work to master the platform, grasp new concepts and technologies quickly, and understand our integrations layer.
- Create/Suggest updates to the product documentation to make it more relevant, clear, and concise
- Communicate customer feedback internally to improve product and work closely with Product/Tech.
Preferred Experience & Skills :
- Super agile, flexible to work in a dynamic environment but also process-driven
- Do it yourself rather than getting it done.
- Preferred experience with data analysis and AI
- Bonus to have a background in unified communications or productivity solutions
- Familiar with tools needed for ticketing, support, content creation, asset management
- Understanding of creating P&L, negotiating price points with customers and closing deals as needed.
